Product introduction:

This mixer is widely used in solid-solid mixing(powder with powder), solid-liquid mixing(powder with liquid) and liquid-liquid mixing, in the areas such as chemicals, fertilizer, oil field, oil refining, agricultural chemicals, veterinary drugs, coating material, pigment, colorant, metallurgy, refining, refractory, mine, construction material, electronic plastic, feedstuff, livestock breeding, medicine, biological project, food, health product, ceramics, glass and new materials nuclear materials.

It has a wide application arrangement. There is no segregation phenomenon when it comes to heat sensitive materials. It is adaptive to the mixing of granule, fiber and flake materials such as coarse materials and super-fine powder.

 

Working principle:

The single spiral and the tapered helix with blade are connected with the single cycloidal pin wheel reducer, which guarantees a same operating speed. The central spiral lifts the mixed materials from the bottom to the top. At the same time, the spiral band lifts the powder up along the tapered roller in spiral. So there is convection and mixing between materials. Due to the wiper blades, materials with bad fluidity and viscidity can’t stick to the inside walls of the mixer.
